I have more than 30 years in senior leadership and governance roles across several businesses and industries.  Initially qualified as an engineer, I have led large automation, sorting and material handling projects in New Zealand and globally before moving into multisite operational roles. I have been the leader of several export orientated businesses creating clever and innovative products, services and IT solutions to market across the globe.

I have the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts in a practical manner along a proven track record of building strong partnerships and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes success.

Above all else I love to help people and organisations succeed. Outside work I have extensive experience at a governance level for a variety of not-for profit organisations and enjoys mountain biking, skiing and woodturning and the occasional off-road adventure somewhere in the stunning South Island.

As a seasoned executive in the logistics, aviation and IT sectors, I have held leadership positions in both large corporations and medium sized business. I have successfully managed large teams and projects, demonstrating visionary leadership skills and a practical strategic mindset. With a strong background in technology and engineering, I have driven innovation and has been involved in the development of cutting-edge products and solutions to create value for his organisations.
